Hi Iβm Lisa. Strength + Calisthenics Coach and the creator of the Strength Club Method.
FROM HATING P.E. AT SCHOOL TO FINDING PURPOSE
I didnβt grow up loving fitness. I actually hated PE at school. My teacher told me not to bother doing it for GCSE, and honestly, she was right in a way. I wasnβt into team sports or pressure, but I loved athletics - the focus, the movement, and the feeling of getting better at something that was just mine.
At university, like most people, I fell into gym culture. Chasing aesthetics, following fads, drinking protein shakes I didnβt fully understand. I was surrounded by people struggling with body image, and it became clear to me that training shouldnβt be about looking a certain way, it should be about feeling strong, capable and confident in your own body.
After uni, I moved to London and fell in love with the cityβs fitness scene. The music, the energy, the sense of community. I was training at Gymbox every week, completely obsessed with the vibe, and I remember thinking, I could do this. So I did. I qualified as a coach and started teaching classes alongside my full-time marketing job.
That was the moment things shifted. I realised how much I loved helping people move, feel better, and leave a session feeling empowered. It was simple, real and rewarding.
BUILDING LISAS STRENGTH CLUB
When Covid hit, I wanted to keep that energy alive. I started teaching online, creating workouts and challenges to help people move, connect and stay positive from home. Thatβs how Lisaβs Living Club began, a community built around movement, accountability and fun when everything else felt uncertain.
In the early days, it was all about high energy, savage workouts, 10,000 steps in 45 minutes, getting the most out of every session. But as I grew as a coach, so did my approach. I started to focus on progress, balance and structure, helping people see real results through training that worked for their life, not against it. My whole outlook on the way to train had evolved, so I knew that something had to change.
This is what has brought us to this evolution - Lisaβs Strength Club: a complete, 360 training method that brings together strength, skill, mobility and recovery to help people move better, feel stronger and stay consistent with the support of an epic community.
I KNEW THAT SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE

I KNEW THAT SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE //
Over the years Iβve tried every kind of training, from pure weights, high intensity circuits, cardio phases and everything in between.
And I realised that no single method gives your body everything it needs to move well, feel good and stay strong long term.
When I focused on weights, I got stronger but started to feel stiff and restricted.
When I did HIIT, I was moving fast but not moving well.
When I focused on cardio, I lost the strength and mobility that actually keep your body resilient.
It wasnβt until I started mixing things up with strength, conditioning, core and stretch that things started to click. Then, when I added calisthenics and mobility, everything changed. I felt stronger, more capable and more connected to my body than ever before.
That blend became the foundation of Lisaβs Strength Club, a complete 360 training method that helps people move better, feel stronger and actually enjoy training again.
Itβs not about chasing an aesthetic or doing what you think you should.
Itβs about learning how your body moves, building real strength, and finding consistency through community and fun.
Iβve coached hundreds of women through strength, calisthenics and conditioning, from beginners to advanced athletes.
What Iβve learned is this:
Most people donβt need more workouts. They need better structure and a better focus.
My Strength Club is built from years of coaching experience: blending strength, skill and conditioning into a system that actually works long term.
This isnβt random programming. Itβs progressive. Intentional. Sustainable.
