Our classes

WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CALISTHENICS CLASSES

 

Our Calisthenics classes are hosted in The Ministry, a beautiful co-working and events space.
Our in-person calisthenics sessions focus on building real upper body and core strength using your own bodyweight.

We work on movements like pull-ups, dips, push-ups, rows and core control - breaking everything down step by step so you build strength safely and properly.

You do not need to be able to do a pull-up or dip already.
We use bands, regressions and smart progressions so you meet the movement at your level.

These sessions are about:
• Building strength that carries into everything
• Improving shoulder stability + mobility
• Developing control, balance and body awareness
• Progressing towards skills without rushing them

As well as Lisa’s Strength Club Online & IRL, I teach at one of London’s best boutique studios: Psycle.
As you may already know, I am music obsessed. At Psycle, I teach Ride, where music and rhythm are the basis of my indoor cycling workout.

I am also a Personal Trainer at Before The Lights UK & The Ministry. My Personal Training books are full, so the way to access my coaching is via my Strength Club memberships only.
