All levels are welcome. Every programme includes beginner options, progressions and regressions so you can train at your level and build from there.

Most programmes can be done at home with dumbbells. Some workouts require a bench/chair, resistance band or yoga blocks.
We have ongoing Gym Programmes, they are not follow-along videos, they are to complete on your own time. Equipment requirements are always listed clearly. -
Yes. Membership is flexible and you can cancel anytime through your account.

Yes. We run regular IRL calisthenics classes and events in London. Members get priority access.

Our live workouts are streamed direct from the LSC Platform. We host live workouts during our challenge phases. Make sure you’re part of our members Slack to get our weekly workout schedules, and subscribed to our newsletter to receive schedules in your inbox.
All live workouts are uploaded afterwards so you can do them on demand. -
